Shipping Costs
All deliveries will be made from the UK with tracking service included. The exact shipping service used may vary. The prices quoted below are subject to change at the time of shipping.
Shipping costs include postage and packing and vary according to product weight. The price will be calculated at checkout but here is a guide:

Import Fees
The customer will be responsible for all taxes, duties and other fees relating to import/export for international orders.
The shipping provider may request (via email or otherwise) payment of customs/duties in advance of delivery to the destination country. Failure to pay the required import fees will result in the shipment being returned to sender (subsequent shipping costs will apply).
Packaging
In the interest of reducing waste, items may be packed in reused packaging. Thank you for your undestanding and please consider doing the same.
Liability
Only the carrier can be responsible for the accuracy of tracking information.
Packages that are returned to sender following failed delivery may incur additional shipping costs. This includes but is not limited to the following causes: incorrect shipping address entered by the customer, customer fails to pay required taxes/import fees.
Returns
If an item from your order is faulty, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Faulty items must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for a full refund. It is the customers responsibility to ensure successful transit, so using a tracked service is recommended.
Customers will be required to pay return shipping costs.
