All deliveries will be made from the UK with tracking service included. The exact shipping service used may vary. The prices quoted below are subject to change at the time of shipping.
Shipping costs include postage and packing and vary according to product weight. The price will be calculated at checkout but here is a guide:
United Kingdom : £4.95
Europe : £10.95 – £12.95
Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, India, Canada : £15.95 – £18.45
Australia, New Zealand, Singapore : £17.95 – £20.45
United States : £17.95 – £20.45

Packaging
In the interest of reducing waste, items may be packed in reused packaging. Thank you for your undestanding and please consider doing the same.
Liability
Only the carrier is responsible for the accuracy of tracking information.
Packages that are returned to sender following failed delivery attempts may incur additional delivery costs. This includes issues whereby the shipping address has been entered incorrectly by the customer.
The customer will be responsible for all taxes and other fees incurred relating to import/export for international orders.
Returns
If an item from your order is faulty, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Faulty items must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for a full refund. It is the customers responsibility to ensure successful transit, so using a tracked service is recommended.
Customers will be required to pay return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
